Agreement

By creating a HaulDesk account or purchasing a plan through hauldesklogistics.com you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually through HaulDesk sales. Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate.

Each plan includes a driver limit: Starter up to 3 drivers, Growing up to 10, Business up to 25. Adding drivers beyond your limit requires an upgrade.

Trials run for 14 days. You may cancel before the trial ends without charge.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. One-time services such as the Setup Service are non-refundable once delivered.

Acceptable use

Do not use HaulDesk to store unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or resell access without a written agreement.

Your data

You own your operational data. We process it to provide the service and will make it available for export while your account is active.

Availability

We work to keep HaulDesk available and reliable, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HaulDesk's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the application and by email before they take effect.

Product disclosures — please read

HaulDesk's planning features — including truck/trailer matching and load-intelligence suggestions — are operational planning aids only. Any compatibility, weight or fit output is a recommendation, not an engineering certification, safety certification, or legal determination.

You remain solely responsible for load securement, permits, vehicle and equipment compliance, driver qualification, and safe operation of your vehicles at all times. HaulDesk does not verify or guarantee compliance with any regulation.
