This page is maintained by HaulDesk to explain how the HaulDesk application and hauldesklogistics.com website handle information. It is written in plain language and is not a certification or an independent audit.

Information we collect

Account information you provide, such as company name, owner name, support email and phone number.

Operational data you enter, including jobs, customers, drivers, vehicles, equipment, quotes, invoices and proof-of-delivery records.

Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service reliable.

How we use information

To operate the dispatch board, driver app, customer portal and billing features you have enabled.

To provide support and respond to requests you send us.

To communicate service notices and, where you have opted in, product updates.

Storage and retention

In production, operational data is retained while your subscription is active and for a limited wind-down period afterwards so you can export it.

Payments

Plan billing is arranged directly with HaulDesk. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor — HaulDesk does not store card numbers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers required to run the product, and where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us using the address below.

You can export your operational data at any time from Settings.
